Our boxes. Your customers.Your money in the mailbox.

Lease Temp-Pack 16′ dry storage containers for $99 a month. Rent them to your moving customers at your price. Keep 100% of the spread. We handle the trucks, the lift, and the upkeep.

Moving Company Pilot: 10 containers per partner, Austin–San Antonio–Buda–Round Rock. Limited 16′ inventory.

Ten more doors. Zero more trucks.

Every move has a storage gap: the closing date slips, the renovation runs long, the new place isn’t ready. Right now that revenue walks to a self-storage lot. FleetPlus keeps it on your invoice.

1

Lease

Ten Temp-Pack 16′ containers at $99/mo on a 12-month term ($129/mo on 6 months). No purchase, no financing, no yard.

2

Rent

Set your own customer price, own the relationship, attach storage to every estimate. Or park inventory at your own terminals as overflow capacity.

3

Collect

Recurring monthly income lands whether or not a truck rolls. Temp-Pack delivers, relocates, picks up, stores, and maintains every unit.

The mailbox math

Slide to your own numbers. The spread is yours; we only ever bill the lease and the transport legs.

Lease term
Typical 16′ portable storage in Austin runs well above the lease rate. Price to your market.
Pilot starts at 10. Expand at renewal.
Undeployed units sit in our climate-controlled facility, not your lot.

Questions movers ask

Is this really “mailbox money,” or is there work involved?

The lease and transport are ours to run. Your work is quoting storage on moves you’re already doing, invoicing the customer, and a basic sweep-out between renters. Most partners fold storage into the estimate they’re already writing.

Do I need a yard or trucks to store or move the containers?

No. Temp-Pack transports and places every container with the Temp-Track hydraulic lift, and undeployed units are stored and insured in our climate-controlled facility in Buda. If you’d rather keep a few at your own terminals as overflow, that’s permitted too.

What if a container isn’t rented for a month?

The lease is a firm monthly rate for the term, so an idle unit still bills at $99. Undeployed units sit in our facility at no extra charge.

Who insures the container?

Temp-Pack insures units while they’re in our facility. You’re responsible for the unit and contents while deployed at a customer or partner site, typically handled the same way you insure goods in transit today.

Can I use these for cold storage?

No. The FleetPlus pilot is for 16′ dry mobile storage containers only. Temperature-controlled units are available separately.

What area does the pilot cover?

Central Texas: Austin, San Antonio, Buda, Round Rock, and the surrounding metro. Ask us about transport radius for outlying deliveries.
