Make space for the next room, move or project
Bring storage to the place where the work is happening. Our mobile containers give residents, families and facility teams a way to plan space for ordinary belongings and furniture during a move, room renovation or change at a senior living community.
We connect the container, property, dates and collection with the people organizing the project. Start with the goods that can be packed, the belongings needed every day and the person authorized to arrange the rental. Our Buda based team serves Austin, San Antonio and Central Texas.
Our containers for belongings between stages
We deliver the container to the agreed property so approved belongings can be packed near their starting point. Your rental plan can include storage at the property, a move to another address or an agreed facility storage stage before later delivery.

Room for the things coming with you
Furniture, boxed household goods and ordinary furnishings can form part of a senior living move or room project. Share the inventory and any fragile, large or condition sensitive items so we can review the equipment and load.
See our mobile storage service for the product and moving service for goods changing address.
Plan storage around the people and the dates
Tell us whose belongings are being stored, who is arranging the rental, the address and the dates. Include the receiving address for a move, any gap between rooms or properties and the contact meeting the delivery.
Choose Storage, Moving or Both to match the plan. This mobile container request starts our discussion of equipment, availability and the full quote. For refrigerated equipment, use our separate cold storage pricing route.

Plan storage around the change of space
A resident move and a facility renovation have different people, dates and retrieval needs. We work through the container stages with the contact organizing the rental.
A new resident moving in
Connect the date belongings leave home with the date the new room can receive them. Separate the furniture coming to the community from goods going elsewhere. If there is a gap, include storage and later delivery in the plan.
Renovations and room changes
Move approved furniture and belongings out of the rooms being worked on. Label each load by resident, room or project area and plan the order in which goods return. Keep everyday items with the people who need them.
Seasonal changes and expansion
Facility teams can plan storage for ordinary furnishings, boxed decorations and other approved belongings during a change of rooms or expansion. Identify what remains packed and what staff need to retrieve while the work proceeds.
Keep the belongings connected to their owners
A clear inventory and one agreed rental contact help connect residents, families, facility staff and any hired moving crew. Set out who can make decisions, handle keys and receive the goods.
Agree who is arranging the rental
Name the person approving the rental and payment, the goods owner and the contacts at each property. A family relationship or a facility role alone does not identify who may authorize arrangements for someone else.
Pack for the return to the room
Label boxes with the owner and intended room. Keep the inventory and retrieval priorities with the designated contact. Pack fragile parts appropriately and tell us about large furnishings before choosing the container.
Keep everyday belongings available
Separate clothing and personal items needed during the move or works from goods that can remain packed. Arrange who will retrieve approved items, hold the keys and close the container after access.
Choose the container and the place together
The load, property and retrieval plan belong in the same conversation. We review the offered container, access and agreed position before arranging delivery.

Compare our mobile container sizes
Our published mobile options include 8, 16 and 20 foot containers. Compare the container sizes, then share the furniture dimensions, boxed goods and space needed for retrieval. We review the available unit, door access and loading requirements with you.

Plan placement at the property
Arrange permission with the property or facility contact. Share the standing area, surface, approach, gates, turns and overhead obstacles. Keep the agreed route clear for delivery, access and collection.
For a container staying at the property, see on site storage. Discuss any loading assistance with the people carrying out the move; container rental and personal moving assistance are separate arrangements.
Connect delivery, storage and the return of the goods
We plan container movements around the agreed address, goods and dates. TempTrack is our mobile container handling system, designed for level handling with wireless operator control during delivery and collection.

Our delivery equipment
Give us the contact receiving the container and the access details for each address. For facility projects, include the people coordinating contractors, receiving and the return of furniture to the rooms.

- Agree the storage plan. Review the inventory, authority to rent, addresses, dates, offered equipment and complete quote.
- Prepare the property and goods. Arrange permission, clear the agreed route and pack approved belongings within the rental period. Follow loading and locking instructions.
- Arrange the next stage. Tell us when the container is ready and if it is loaded or empty. Confirm site storage, an agreed move or facility storage before collection.
- Receive, unpack and return. Coordinate the receiving contact and room readiness. Unpack within the rental period and arrange empty collection.
Choose the service around the contents
Resident belongings, a storage gap and a dining refrigeration project need different equipment and arrangements. Use the service that matches the goods you need to store.
Dry storage for ordinary belongings
Use our mobile container route for approved furniture, boxed belongings and ordinary furnishings. We review the load and placement. A container at your property does not provide a promised temperature or humidity range.
A facility storage stage
When the receiving space is not ready, discuss the offered facility space, contents, conditions, access arrangements and later delivery. Read facility storage information for that stage.
Refrigeration for the dining operation
For a kitchen renovation, food delivery schedule or refrigeration need, use our senior living food service cold storage route. Share the food, required conditions, power, site and dates. This is separate from a resident belongings rental and does not establish suitability for medicines.
Review the whole rental period and cost
Give us the complete period from delivery and loading through storage, receiving, unpacking and empty collection. Connect the dates with the room or property schedule so the quote reflects the stages you need.
- Equipment and contents: the offered container and agreed load.
- Addresses and movements: delivery, collection, any move and later delivery.
- Storage and access: where the container stays, retrieval arrangements and any facility stage.
- Complete charges: rental period, transport, handling, taxes and any other agreed charges.
Read mobile storage pricing and compare the complete scope. If dates, access or the receiving address change, contact us to review availability and any quote changes before arranging the next stage.

Questions about senior living storage plans
What can we plan storage for?
We plan dry mobile storage for approved ordinary belongings and furniture during senior living moves, room changes and facility projects. Tell us what is being packed and any unusual handling or condition requirements before arranging the rental.
Can a family arrange storage for a resident move?
A family member can contact us to discuss the move. Identify the goods owner, the person authorized to approve the rental and payment, and the contacts receiving the container. Agree these roles before making arrangements for someone else.
How can storage fit a move into a senior living community?
Connect the home departure date with the date the new room can receive belongings. Share both addresses, the furniture coming to the community and any storage gap. See our moving service for the transport part of the plan.
Can belongings stay packed while a room is renovated?
Discuss approved furniture and belongings that can leave the room during the works. Include the contractor schedule, retrieval needs and the date goods can return. Keep the inventory and room labels with the designated contact.
How do we plan a project involving several rooms?
Separate the inventory by owner, room or work stage. Give us the overall period and the order in which rooms need to be cleared and refurnished. We review the equipment and movements for the proposed stages rather than assuming one load fits every room.
What should stay with the resident during the storage period?
Plan everyday clothing and personal items with the resident or authorized contact before packing. Keep items needed during the move or works outside the packed load. Medicines and clinical materials require their own care arrangements and separate suitability review; ordinary dry storage is not approval for those contents.
Which container sizes can we compare?
Our published mobile options include 8, 16 and 20 foot containers. Use the size comparison, then share packaged furniture dimensions, the inventory and retrieval needs. We review the available unit, door access and agreed loading requirements.
Who approves the container position at a community?
Arrange permission with the property or facility contact and share the proposed standing area and access route with us. The agreed position must account for delivery, doors, retrieval and later collection; no generic clearance number replaces the site review.
How should we organize keys and access?
Name the keyholders and the people permitted to retrieve the goods. Follow the agreed locking instructions, close the container after access and keep collection instructions with the rental details. Locks do not establish a guarantee against theft or damage.
Can staff retrieve goods from a container at the property?
Include retrieval in the site plan: who needs which approved goods, the access route and how often the container will be opened. Arrange retrieval with the facility contact and keep everyday items available without relying on a packed load.
Can we use a facility storage stage between addresses?
Discuss the offered space, accepted contents, conditions, access arrangements and later delivery with our team. A facility stage is separate from a container remaining at the property. See facility storage information.
What happens when the container is ready for collection?
Contact us with the container status, address, date and intended next stage. Say if it is loaded or empty and confirm who will meet the collection. A loaded move, facility storage and an empty return need their respective arrangements.
Does the rental include packing or help carrying belongings?
Identify who will pack, carry and receive the goods when planning the rental. Discuss any hired moving assistance separately so the responsibilities and charges are clear. Our rental process explains the container stages.
Can dry containers hold medicines or confidential records?
Ordinary dry storage for belongings does not establish suitability for medicines, clinical materials or sensitive records. Provide exact contents and requirements for separate technical and business review before any such use. Read the rental terms, including prohibited contents and document limitations.
Which route should a community use for kitchen refrigeration?
Use the separate senior living food service cold storage page and cold storage pricing. Share food types, required conditions, power, site, loading needs and the full period. A food service request does not establish medication storage approval.
How is the total rental cost planned?
Review the equipment, complete rental period, addresses, transport, any facility stage, handling, taxes and other agreed charges. Compare the mobile storage pricing scope and request a quote for the whole plan; no fixed saving or commitment period is assumed.
What if the room readiness date changes?
Contact us with the revised date, receiving address and any effect on retrieval or transport. We review availability, the rental period and quote changes before arranging the next stage. A changed project date does not automatically extend or reschedule the rental.
How do we start a senior living storage plan?
Send the goods list, project addresses, dates and authorized rental and receiving contacts. Use the mobile storage request on this page or contact our team. The request begins an equipment, availability and quote discussion rather than confirming a booking.
Tell us about the move or room project
Bring the belongings list, addresses, dates and contacts together. We will discuss the container, access, next stages and complete quote for the ordinary goods you need to store.
